Annual exams, immunisations, and screenings with results and next steps documented in a take-home summary. We offer same-week scheduling for new patients and maintain continuity by keeping patients with their primary clinician across visits. Referrals are sent with full chart notes so specialists have context before you arrive.
Structured follow-up for diabetes, hypertension, and other long-term conditions with medication reviews built into the cadence. Our care team monitors labs between visits, adjusts protocols when targets shift, and coordinates with specialists without requiring patients to manage the hand-off themselves. Visit frequency is matched to condition stability, not a fixed calendar.
On-site phlebotomy and common imaging referrals coordinated by our care team, not a call centre. Most lab panels are processed within 24–48 hours and results are communicated with clinical context, not just a number. We flag critical values by phone the same day they are received.
Specialist referrals with records sent ahead of time and a named clinic contact if questions arise between your appointment and the specialist visit. We track pending referrals and follow up with patients who have not received their appointment confirmation within five business days. Insurance pre-authorisation is handled by our administrative team.

Questions
We participate with major insurance plans and publish self-pay rates for common visits on our website. Call the front desk with your insurance card before your first visit and we will verify benefits and explain any out-of-pocket costs before you arrive.
Same-day slots are reserved for urgent needs and released each morning online and by phone. If all same-day slots are filled, our triage nurse will assess your situation and may refer you to an urgent care or recommend a next-morning appointment.
Request through the front desk, patient portal, or a written authorisation form. Records release typically completes within five business days. Urgent requests for hospital transfers or specialist visits are processed the same day.
We see patients 16 and older. For paediatric care, we maintain a referral list of trusted family medicine and paediatric practices and can assist with a warm hand-off.
